No response from MTN and no reactivation of SIM

SIM swap happened on my mobile more than a month ago resulted in: 1) significant amount of money being lost 2) my mobile SIM no longer works (due to MTN's poor security system which has plastered over the news). MTN consultant "Tumi" from the head office said when I am ready to have my SIM card reactivated, I can just emailed him and SIM will be reactivated at no cost. So I finally emailed him 2 weeks ago and got a reply to phone 0831808 on a lanline. Called MTNSP (0831808) on 25/05/2013 at 10:30 and spoke to "Lilian", she told me she can't reactivate my SIM as Tumi from department should have it done/organised and she said she will escalate it to the supervisor and I will get a response on Monday (Ref: 100470918). Now it's Friday night (31/05/13), still no response and SIM card still doesn't work! MTN, your service. GET MY SIM TO WORK or get someone who knows how to do their job to phone me! If it doesn't work by 4 June, I am not paying for any monthly debit order/service fees considering I am not getting any service!
