I'd like to complain about Cell C's billing and account department for overcharging my debit order by 10 times. My bill is supposed to be R501.66 but instead I was charged R5016.66 (10 times than expected) for this month. I recieved a phone call from the billing department saying that they have overcharged me wrong amount and this will only be cleared up by 7 working days!!! I am very disappointed because Cell C has made the mistake but I have to suffer because they used up nearly R4500.00 of my credit card limit and can only refund me this by 7 working days. My monthly shopping plan has been ruined due to the limit used up by Cell C and there is nothing that Cell C can do to fix their mistakes. I am still waiting for someone to call me back about how they are going to resolve this since Friday.
If I knew their service was so bad, I would not have signed 2 x iphone 5 contracts with them. I should have stay with Vodacom.
