ZERO REGARD FOR YOUR CLIENTS!!

I upgraded from a Blackberry to a Samsung galaxy S3 in January. The billing for January and February was fine and as expected. This month I received my bill and now I am being charged for Blackberry BIS again. I don't even have or use a blackberyy anymore. When I phoned the call center I was told that I need to go back to the specific MTN store where I upgraded to have the BIS cancelled. I was also told that for the month of March I will just have to pay the BIS service fee which wasn't cancelled by the MTN store. Why was I not billed for BIS for two month and now all of a sudden I am?

I am sick and tired of dealing with your incompetent call center as well as your disregard for your clients. You charge exorbitant rates for out of bundle data use and have so much red tape and legal cover on your contracts that it is impossible to challenge you on anything. Last month I got a bill for R6000 data use, something that was limited to R149 for the prior 10 months.

It is probably no use that I am writing this report as nothing will be done from your side to remove the incorrect BIS charges. All I hope is that at least 1 new client decides to go to Cell C or Vodacom after reading this!!
