Vodacom can never keep a promise when it gets to deduction in 24hours when you take a new contract. How can you promise a client something and just not live up to it? If you tell me in 24hours I expect it to be in 24hours. I can't plan or budget anything as every day I am waiting to see if today will be the day they live up to what they say and every day that goes by I'm still left in the dark as to what is going on. This is absolutely unacceptable
