No Feedback from Vodacom

I recently upgrade to a new phone with Vodacom and wanted to insure my phone via Vodacom. I went to their website and followed the directions given there to get more information about the insurance offered - dialed *111# and then chose the relevant services and insurance. I was even given a reference number stating that someone would contact me within 24hours... Well I did this on MONDAY morning at 9am and still NOTHING! Not even a sms or call.
I am really disappointed in their service! Talk about over promise and under deliver!! I spend a huge amount with Vodacom monthly and expected more!! Don't make promises you can not keep!! Really not a happy customer on this side!!
