I bought a new phone BlackBerry Q10 from Vodaworld, The Grove, Equestria. The phone stopped working on the 7th day. I brought it in on the 8th day. Now I have to wait 5 days to find out if they going to swop it for a new one or repair it. This is not acceptable as this is a new phone and I have to continue paying and have to wait 5 days without a phone. IS THIS THE SERVICE BLACKBERRY EXPECT FROM THEIR PRODUCT??
