Approve the Decline without contacting custome

Conatcted Cell C on 084145 on the 22 May 2013 making conaand did an application for the iphone 5 16G everything was approved when speaking to the consultant and i was advise that it takes 7 to 10 working days. Everything was explained including the t&c and we did a voice contract or some sort over the phone. Making contact with then on the 28 May consultant again advised that everything was approved and that i should have my ID and copy of it and [proof of residence which should be handed to the delivery people to register sim for rica, upon calling the very next day as i had to go away on work i called to inform them that i was not gonna be available for the delivery as i was going on the road. The consultant did a security check and after that advised me that the contract has been declined, to my shock as everything was in order and i was just awaiting delivery. When questioning the onsultant i was advised that the first consultant that assisted me didn't check everything and should have told me the contact was declined, my question is does Cell C do busy like this now. I'am very disappointed as this was gonna be a present for someone. Cell C has now made me loose faith in them.
