Lost over R20 airtime in 9days

I have been into canal walk now EVERYDAY since Saturday and i still hav no answer as to why my airtime is going. i have a blackberry with active bis. i took the phone to vodacom as my sister had the same problem a few months ago. vodacom did a software update as they thought i had corrupt software. i now have nothing on my blackberry except bbm, whatsapp and facebook. vodacom fixed my sister phone in 24hours but cant fix mine because of the nashua block. vodacom wrote down what needed to be done but nashua have not done what needs to be done.
i got told i have a corrupt app and whatsapp takes airtime which vodacom has confirmed as rubbish
i am not riding my petrol out to canal walk again.
IF MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED IN 24HOURS I WILL BE CANCELLING MY CONTRACT AS IT IS NOT FAIR TO LOOSE SO MUCH AIRTIME. I DEMAND AN AIRTIME REFUND AND THAT THE PROBLEM BE SOLVED ASAP!
