It is very convenient how Vodacom has a problem on their system by not being able to give people their minutes/airtime etc. but not have a problem by taking their money. it has been now a week and I am still waiting for Vodacom to rectify this. I phoned last week and also have been told I will be contacted within 24hours. it has been now 72hours. any explanation to that? how is it that Vodacom is the number 1 leading cell phone company in RSA and then they do this? and apparently I am not the only one with this problem.
