UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR FRO MTN

I have never came across such unprofessional company "MTN" in South Africa, these is my second complaint about it.

First time around they promised to sort everything out but still nothing is sorted. My phone is suspended because they not debiting my account for what reason I don't know because they have my banking details as they manage to debit my account for April after my first complaint. Now they telling me that I have to pay R1070.32... because my account is in arrears unfortunately I cannot because it's not my fault at all as I even used my time to contact MTN to remind them to debit my account.

I would appreciate it if MTN doesn't mess up with my payment profile, and i also found out that due to mtn not debiting my account, now my phone is not insured covered yet I asked for insurance as well. i havent even recieved one statement from Mtn since december when i took contract, when i aske for statement on email i discovered that they have wrong adress meaning my letters are going to someone else
