My company pays for my medical aid and I left there end December 2013. I get an email today (no phone call, nothing) on 6 Feb to tell me my account is in arrears and I am not covered!!! You guys tried to double debit me for December and January, I had enough in my account to cover the R1010 but not the missed payment in December as I had NO IDEA that my company hadn't paid because NO ONE COMMUNICATED WITH ME!!! I am not covered and will only be covered again once I get proof of payment from my old company which knowing them can take MONTHS!!! This is unacceptable, you could have called and said we received no payment, you have 30 days or whatever until your medical aid is suspended. HOW DARE YOU simply cut me off with no warning, and a flipping email and not so much as a phone call when I am GOLD MEMBER with you and have been with discovery for nearly ten years! THIS IS DISGUSTING! I SUGGEST SOMEONE PHONE ME NOW TO FIX THIS!!!
