They did it more than once and even on the first time they didn`t warn me. They debited from my account before the agreed date and always in December, the first time my account was overdrawn because i was not prepared for that transaction. When i called to find out why, they apologized, but last year on December 22nd they did it again, when i joined them it was agreed that the deduction from my account should be done on the last day of EVERY month. So i reversed the debit, no one called to ask why and no debit was done on the end of December or the first days of January 2013, I thought the world really ended. On January the 13th one of my contract cellphones was from my house that was insured by miway, so i called to claim now they still had me on my old address even though i updated my details with them in October 2012. So they said i was not covered because a debit was not done in December who`s fault was that and then they said i was suppose to call them and tell them why i reversed the debit, they then told me it`s because of all the holidays in December. Well i found an insurance company that doesn`t have lame excuses and i cancelled their way. Cancellation fee too!
