MTN Billing issue

MTN just do it again... I went on holiday to the Western Cape and from 25 - 27 March I was on different places in the Karoo. I had no data signal and at allot of times no signal at all. When I arrived in Cape Town on the 28th my phone gave me a message that I had no airtime left. I phoned MTN and they said they can see I used R850 the last day. They couldn't check the reason for they can not see the account until billed on the 13th of April. 30 April I phoned and they gave me reference number where consultant sent me a excel sheet with a allot of numbers. I couldn't't make heads or tails out of it. I emailed back and the email bounced 3 times because of the consultants mailbox that is full. Im getting really of this. I have 5 contracts with MTN and is in the process to pay 3 of them in full so that I can just leave. R850 just taken from your account is allot of money for no explanation - my reference numbers so far is: 99777774 / 98487606 / 98513324 / 98545951.

Can someone please assist. I know allot about DATA and where what goes, but this makes absolute no sense at all.
