I got contract fone last year december and the consultants Malamodi ramoba did everything incorectly, because on the day they were suppose to debit they didnt coz my banking details were wrong and adress was wrong because i dont get statement and due to that my account was in arrears, i took out insurence but i only found out later that my fone is not insured and mtn doesnt wanna cover it coz its over months, today 19-07-2013 i called to lay complaint about all this and tumi mokoena didnt wanna listen to me AND didnt lay complaint said i must call mtn sp insurence, cecilia told me i must call 24 mobility insurence or go to edgars, i want mtn to sort out this problem and i want my cellphone insured by mtn and they must clear my name for those months they didnt debit and to receive my statement to correct adress
