ABSA gave me a bad payment record for theirmistake

When I bought my new car fro Toyota in Boksburg, I pointed out to the F&I that my banking details were wrong. They said that they would fix on the contract to the bank (AVAF). After raising the concern to ABSA themselves because they had the wrong banking details around the 1 st of December. At first I was told it can be changed over te phone but about 2 days later Absa;s account department called me and told me I didnt pay my account with them. I explained to the clerk at the time what the reason was and that the mistake was on their side and the lady promised that she would put in a Forced debit and the debit that was supposed to go off on the first would then go off on the 17th Dec.By around the 22nd of December their debit still didnt go off and now ABSA has listed me as a bad payer after 1 month and 1 deduction!! because of the above mentioned actions I cant even get a cell phone contract on my name because of this mess
