What is really upsetting to me is that MTN failed or neglected to do a proper screening "trace" before approving the account because all MTN was interested in, was closing a business (sales) and a commission. MTN staff bypassed all the necessary steps to verify the correctness of information given to them. It is only now when you expect payment that, MTN do a proper screening of whom the actual owner of the ID is.
MTN staff incompetency is costing me, my time off at work, my petrol money (going to police station to make affidavits) and emotional stress of which it could have been avoided if MTN staff was doing their job properly. Now I'm inconvenienced and you expect me to be happy about it?
I would kindly request MTN to remove its account details from my credit record!
