In May this year I received an unusually inflated bill for my 3G flash drive account. I requested itemised billing to check what had used up the data and found that multile entries listed dates and times when it was impossible for me to have been using the flash drive. I raised this with MTN and advised that I suspected that my sim had been cloned and used. I was told to open a case of suspected with the SAPS which I did and advised MTN of the case number. I was not contacted by MTN after this and have had to chase numerous times for feedback. Eventually I was advised that in their opinion no had been committed but was offered no evidence to back his up.
I subsequently requested this evidence multiple times and upon chasing again today (09/10/13) was advised that I require a subpoena in order for them to supply this level of evidence!!!

This is not the first service issue I've had with this joke for a company, so I have decided to cut my losses and get rid of the account. Good riddance.
