Excellent service

I applied for a contract on the 30/04/2013 with Bafana and after 2 weeks there was still no response, then i called some guy answered and told me that it was processing, after 3 days i called again and a lady by the name of Vivian said they was some thing about my id but she'll attend to it.them almost 3 weeks later i phoned and spoke to a guy by the name of DADA i advice him that i want to cancel the contract cause i didnt want it to reflect bad on my profile after several minutes of shouting him and telling him that i want nothing to do with MTN he decided to take the blame and convinced me that he'll sort it only if i trust him, then with despair i gave him a chance, the following day he called me to tell me the progress on my contract and then after 2 day he called to say the contract was approved. with people like him doing customer service this world would be a better place . thank you Dada for a Job well done wish MTN could recognize you, and teach your fellow colleagues how it's done, i cant explain how wonderful you were even if the contract wasn't approved you were still the best wish you all the best with your career path.
