I applied for a Cell C contract for a Samsung Tablet sometime in April and when the contract was approved I didnt get a call or message to say it was approved from them, i had to follow up. When i did I was told it was approved and it will be delivered to my work place. The Tablet was delivered after a week or so, I decided that I dont want it anymore after 2 days of receipt. I phoned Cell C customer services to inform them that I was no longer interested in the contract anymore and that the package was never opened and the CSC Agent said it will be fetched back from me. I waited for a week for them to fetch it but they didn't come, I called again for a follow up and they said they will send someone to fetch it. The delivery person from Ram couriers came to fetch it and I signed a waybill (RW12555800) as proof of collection, and I was given a copy but the date of the collection is not clear. End May money was deducted from my bank account and I again called Cell C to enquire about the funds and they told me it was a billing for the contract. I am extremely frustrated because I have spoken to so many people but the issue cannot be resolved and i cannot get any help from Cell C
