Hi. I have applied for a new contract at MTN. My cellphone number was previously on contract (MTN network), but I switched to Prepaid some time last year. I have this number (071 879 8678) for about 3 to 4 years now. All of a sudden, they are telling me that some one else has the exact same number as me on the MTN network. How is this possible? So, I asked the consultant to call that number (071 879 8678). And guess what? My phone rang! So, I don't know who messed up the application, but some one did and must fix it! They keep on asking me if I want a new number and I don't want a new number! All my personal accounts are linked to this cell number and I use it for work purposes as well! Can you help me? Thanks...
