Complete Lack of Customer Service - TERRIBLE

I went to take a contract out in December for a Samsung Galaxy Tablet. After 3 times promising me that stock would arrive, when it didnt, i received my tablet on Christmas Eve and the contract was activated. On the 1st of January my new data bundle kicked in only for me to realise that Joe had loaded me on the wrong contract despite my husband and i stating a number of times which contract we wanted. I went in on the 2nd and complained and was told it would get sorted, firstly after Joe trying to blame anyone other than himself. After admitting the mistake was his he said it would be rectified. i heard nothing for a few days so called him. He said he was battling to get the contract upgraded and would be in touch with me to advise on progress. Today, 3 weeks further down the line, i called again only for Joe to once again try and blame everyone else. He said that he was battling to get tthe contract upgraded. When i told him how dissatisfied i was he said "Well, i did apologise".. An apology is fine but it doesnt sort the bad service and problem especially when he doesnt have the decency to call at least once in the prior three weeks to give me an idea of where i now stand.
