Paying for a service I'm not getting

Good day,
I am getting increasingly annoyed to the point of cancellation as I have no signal in my area (Northgate)
What is the point of my using vodacom and paying every month if I can receive and make no calls?!
I have called the technicians to lodge a complaint but basically when the guy phoned me back he said 'there is nothing he can do as the towers on Northgate Centre are facing the opposite direction and that there is no approved plans to put more up!!!?? '
WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?
I should not only cancel but demand to be paid back for all the months that I've paid for no service.
I have 2 phones and a 3G data card (that I can't use) on my account with the same problem.
This is ridiculous and in fact / as I'm not getting what I'm paying for.
To have to rely on telkom to receive calls in this day and age is beyond ridiculous, the phone doesn't even ring it just goes to missed call. How am I supposed to run a business like this? /!!
In fact i should sue for full refund and immediate cancellation of all contracts AS THEY DO NOT WORK.
