Been struggling for 3years with no signal at home, we have got 4 contract phone from vodacom, vodacom technicians have been sent to my premises to test signal and they said no signal. We only have signal Monday till Thursday at 9 till 5 as we are at work.(1) Requesting only to pay a third of my account as i only receive a third service (2) Requesting money paid back to me for time i have paid fully but received no service (3) Requesting vodacom to supply a signal amplifier to restore our signal. We have always paid in full every month. After various phone calls i am still without help.
