Its been a few months now, since I joined cell c, and it didnt take too long before I didnt receive the service I was paying for. Iv been complaining about the service for so many months now. Yesterday I received a call from your networks department, that was great, hopefully theres hope for my one of my complaints (data) but for the most basic use of a cellphone - make and receive phone calls - i have no service. Since i live in a an area with possibly the worst cell c reception, i see we roam on Vodacom with great full signal according to my phones signal bars, but just try to make a call - nothing. Same with receiving. Its only when i need to call someone, is where i find out my phone is a gameboy, and not a phone. The real problem is what if im in an emergency situation and my need doesnt work? Thats one of my real concerns. You can pull up all my records ever since Iv cell c. its not been a good ride so far, im paying R400 per month for nothing really, i cannot use my new phone. data connection doesnt work when roaming (99% of the time, unless i drive to town an hour from home). anyway, long list of complaints by now. either build a tower, or cancel my contract, its not workin
