A year ago, I signed a 3Gb data contract with Vodacom. Being a customer for years, Vodacom was my obvious choice, but what a bad decision!!! I received my data every month then after moving to Northcliff- I've been unable to connect as there is no signal in this area. Since January 2013 I was unable to make use of this service. Complicated my life so much as I had to start paying personal bills from work etc. I made several calls to Vodacom Customer Care, 082111 and then even tried 082155! Every time I called I waited almost 20 minutes to speak to a person-then another 20 minutes explaining my problem-then I was on hold so they can ask someone what to do and how to assist their client-then I was told they need to log a call with their IT department. Waisting my time with EVERY call! The 2nd and 3rd last calls that I made to Vodacom, I explained that NO ONE ever contacted me back and NO ONE came out to test the signal in our area. They have even given me "case numbers" in these two calls-but still NO SERVICE! I have been paying for 6months without receiving ANYTHING! Cancel my contract as this is a breach of contract - I am DONATING- paying for NOTHING!!! Reimburse me for the 6months..
