Bad reception causing loss of income

I stay in Northriding and work from home. My cellphone is my ONLY line of communication between my clients and I. My cellphone will be next to me and I will just receive SMS's that I have voice-mails and or missed calls without the phone ringing. Before you blame the handsets, I have tried this with an iPhone4S, Blackberry8520 and current phone is Galaxy S4. When you try to make a call it will also not work. it has gotten so bad that I bought a second contract with Vodacom just to be able to make calls here and that is working for both making and receiving calls.

This leaves me with a contract I am paying over a R1000 per month for that is not working. I need the signal strength to be tested in my area, and if the problem with MTN I want to cancel my contract with them immediately. I do not mind paying, but then the service I am paying for needs to work.
