I recently took out a cellular contract at Nashua mobile for R399pm. To my surprise I see R898 was deducted from my account this morning. How is this even possible? I received no billing/ statement from Nashua mobile giving me breakdown of my charges. What surprises me even more is that I haven't even used the contract SIM card that was given to me when I purchased the phone so where did this R898 come from? I have been warned by friends and family not to do business with Nashua mobile as their customer service! I should have listened!
