Your Employees are just incompetent and Unreliable

With nashua a person has to go from pillar to post in order for their queries to be resolved timely. does one always have to go to hellopeter every time?? why can't nashua mobile allocate funds i have been paying into my account. I want to get rid of nashua from my life but a simple allocation of funds that have been paid takes them forever. you just have employees sitting there not doing anything. I've been in contact with nashua for the last week and everyone is telling me the same thing. this zelda person assured me that my query is sent to the right person but i phone and my query is still in the same place??? what the is wrong with you people?? should i get down on my knees and beg for you to allocate my payments??? i have sent everything you need but im still in the same place. why can't you just get this thing done so i can get the of your back??? PLEASE PEOPLE DO YOUR JOBS!!! tje
