I spoke to Nhlakanipho last year 2012 in November about my overdue account, I had explained to them that I was unemployed and unable to pay my account, he expliained to me that I needed to pay an immediate ammount of R1015.80 to avoid legal action however the total outstanding amount was R2365.80. I paid R1500.00 and later paid R865.80 to settle the account however I had queried how the balance was suddenly R2365.80 since my contract was ending at the end of November but never received a response instead Nhlakanipho insisted that I just pay the amount owed, which I did.

Now in 2013 March 25th, I received a call from another incompetent agent from Nashua Mobile (Edward Mathebula), stating that I wasn't supposed to pay the R865.80 that I did he went ont to explain that I should be refunded the amount back and asked for my banking details which I forwarded to him immediately, I explained to him how dissapointed i was with Nashua Mobile's services after having dealt with Nhlakanipho but Edward promised he would make this process quick and sturdy. I still have not heard from Edward and this process should only take 48 hours. Yet again another tedious process with Nashua Mobile
