Telkom
Invoice wrongfully and blackmailed through ITC

I had my Telkom line and account cancelled in September 2011.

From September 2011 to Feb 2012 I was invoiced every month, which I obviously did not pay. Then I was told I was being reported to ITC so a payment was made by me in Feb 2012, in that same month Telkom finally realised they had been invoicing me for nothing and removed the invoices back to september 2011, which is why they now owe me over R1200.00.

Although they removed me from there books they did not remove me from ITC. Now I have applied for finance for a very lucrative deal, and guess what, I miss out on the approval by a few points because my record shows I have an outstanding account with telkom when in actual fact Telkom owes me money (if only there were an ITC to report telkom to.). So I contact telkom and they say they will remove it. But they tell me it will still show that I defaulted on payments from sep 2011 to Feb 2012. This will still affect my credit record and hence prevent me from getting credit. Now I hope someone important in telkom is listening because if you don't clear my ITC record completely, not on paid accounts but defaults too, I am going to sue telkom for R3000, 000. the deal equity value.
