This dates back to 2011, when my telephone line was as due to me cancelling my account and Telkom notifying me that the balance will be written off due to the fact that I am no longer able to use it. In the beginning of 2012 I brought the matter to Telkom's attention that I was listed on ITC for this, I was assured that this will be rectified. two years has passed since 2011 and still I am listed on ITC for an account which reflects on one of their systems as being fully paid and on another shows I still owe money. This is PATHETIC SERVICE! that a consumer has to struggle so with a company that is not able to correct their own mistakes is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Please correct this. Because of Telkom's incompetence I am unable to do any credit transactions.
