Please read below i have done disputes wud telkom call centre went into the branch now a debt collection department wants me to pay R5000.00 this is not my fault

THIS LETTER SERVES TO CONFIRM THAT HEREBY WISH TO STATE THAT I HAD A SERVICE WITH TELKOM FOR MY BUSINESS LINE HAD PAIDED MY LAST PHONE BILL WHICH WAS IN MAY 2011 AND REQUESTED THAT THE LINE BE CLOSED UPON ARRIVAL AT THE TELKOM SHOP IN RICHARDS BAY I REQUESTED THIS AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS DONE.IN DECEMBER 2011 I WENT IN BACK TO TELEKOM TO UPDATE MY HOME LINE SERVICE AND WAS TOLD I HAD A BILL WITH TELKOM FOR THE AMOUNT OF R3032.03 AS MY SERVICE WAS NOT CANCELLED BUT SUSPENDED THEY GAVE ME STATEMENT ON THE ACCOUNT AND I LATER PHONED THE CALL CENTRE ON 10217 AND REQUESTED THE LINE TO BE CLOSED AND WAS TOLD IT WAS DONE WHILE I WAITED ON THE LINE FOR THEM TODAY MAM I RECEIVED A CALL ABOUT PAYMENT ON THE LINE AND WAS YET TOLD AGAIN THAT THE LINE IS NOT CLOSED PLEASE ASSIT WITH THIS MATTER AS I IN 2011 UPDATED MY ACCOUNT AND REQUESTED IT TO BE CLOSED AND FEES ARE BEING ADDED ON TO THIS ACCOUNT PLEASE ASSIT URGENTLY .
now 2013 still having telkom problem
