I had a Telkom account which was settled in full and closed in March 2011, but since last year i am receiving mails from Hugo and Ngwenya Attorneys Inc. on behalf of Telkom with arrears and even new services billed. I have had a new account with Telkom since 2012, which is all working as required, I cant seem to get either the attorneys or Telkom to rectify the mistakes and it is almost becoming harassment. It seems that Telkom wants to keep billing clients for closed accounts, being in the industry myself I can just imagine how much money is wasted by Telkom (and being recovered through tariffs). It would be really great if between the attorneys and Telkom they could resolve this matter. I am sure I am not the only one with this issue.
