My cellphone service was suspended on the 30th May. At aprox 15:47 I got a call from Carol Mathebe wanting to know when I'm going to pay my phone bill when they had debbited me on the 25 May, ONLY to find that she was referring to my April bill. Her explanation was that there was an error on their side and that they had mistakeably debitted me 14days after the 25th??? How does such a huge organization make such silly mistakes with billing CONSTANTLY??? None of this was communicated to me!! What surprises me is that they had recharged my airtime for the month of April! Baleseng called me at 16:20 to let me know that my suspension would be lifted, which was. To my shock on 7th June around 4pm I got another call to let me know I would be suspended, did not get agent name as I was driving. I cannot express my DISGUST towards altech and I'm SERIOUSLY CANCELLING my contract and move to another service provider!!! This is not the first time I'm experiencing this type of INCONSISTANCY and INCOMPETENCY with them. Sort out your accounts department!!
