Incorrect information supplied on contract upgrade

Hi,

I work at Standard Bank and therefore get some discounts on contracts. I renewed my contract and upgraded my phone on 2 May 2013. After the upgrade the consultant tried to check my data bundle and it looked like it had not been loaded so she said I should return to the shop if it still had not been loaded in a few days. I returned to the shop today (9 May 2013) only to be told that the new price lists and packages had not been loaded on the system (with the staff discounts) and I was on the old MTN 200 package that did not included any data bundle and only included 25 smses. However, if I had been informed of this at the time I would have just gone to another shop and got the new MTN 200 package that includes 200 air time, 200 smses and a data bundle.

I want my contract set to the correct option and for my billing to be amended correctly to reflect my initial choice.
