MTN loads their monthly contact packages on the 21st of every month. I am on the MTN 200 deal for the Samsung Galaxy S4 which supposadly comes with R200 airtime, 200MB data and 200SMS; however this month I got an SMS from MTN that my "... inclusive data bundle has been cancelled." When I called 808 and I spoke to a gentleman called Siphelele (Ref #: 103314444) and he said they were experiencing technical problems which could be the cause of my data bundle not being loaded. It has been 5 days now, and I would like to know if it is still a technical problem or is it now a catastrophe; cause I also have a problem with being over, technically speaking of course. I have verified on my online MTN active account that I only recieved 25 SMS instead of 200 but my monthly bill has miraculously managed to stay the same technical problems and all!
