As this is my FOURTH complaint about this matter, I will try my best to put it into plain English.
I upgraded my contract 2 months ago. The promotion I took was the MTN anytime 200 which has R200 airtime, 200 SMS and 200MB data. None of my bundles were loaded and I was left to pay premium prices for data.
After my first complaint:
- You loaded a data bundle a few days into the 2nd month
- Credited BIS for month 1
- Credited BIS for month 2 (I cannot see this anywhere on my statement)
Whats the issue?
- I paid full premium data rates because no bundles were loaded for the entire 1st month, and a few days of month 2.
What needs to be done?
- You have to allocate the data bundle for month 1. This will result in 200MB less data to pay for on month 1 and also result in the remainder of data used to be A LOT cheaper on out of bundle rates.
- Reallocate the data bundle on month 2 from the 1st day of the month. This will result in the data I used going off the bundle and not having to pay for it from my airtime.
The above should lead to a credit of a few hundred Rand at least. I need you to contact me to arrange to sort this out, or to arrange cancellation of my contract (at your cost
