While on vacation in Ballito during the month of December 2011, myself and all family/friends using Vodacom in the area for the duration were unable to make or receive calls, at best with great effort and patience. When I got back to Johannesburg I phoned to complain about the service, I was promised a credit for the period. Two months later I still saw nothing on my account. I called back again, was told the credit was done and in process for my next account. More than a year later I still have not received what was agreed.
