To Vodacom..
In Nov 2012 i requested cancellation of month to month My Meg500. Only got cancelled in JAN 2013. Customer Service committed to refund me for My Meg 500 for 2 months on my JAN 203 billing. Due to cut-off it could not be done. I was then assured that Credit will this month for MyMeg500.. This morning received my Vodacom account statement. NO F... CREDIT!!!
I was with MTN for 17 yrs.. Booted them out & went to Vodacom some time ago. I can do the same & move to CELLC!!!
VODOACOM, last chance!!! If no Credit THIS MONTH, i will block DEBIT order until i get back what was promised to me...
