I had an account with Vodacom and closed it in 2012 Oct, I even recieved an sms after closing it that it has been closed. Recently when I triwd to apply for credit I was told that my profile is not clean, when I requested the report, vodacom appeared to be owed for over 150 days.
This has ruined my credit profile and I want vodacom to send an instruction to credit bureau and send me an email stating that they have rectified the issue. I do not owe them a sent, I went to Vodaworld to have the account closed last year and recieved the confirmation.
