After Vodacom left me without a phone for over a month they promised to credit my account with 1 month subscription. This was supposed to happen on the December invoice. this never happened. then they said it was a bill run date issue that it would be credited in January. Just got my statement - highest statement i have ever received and NO Credit. Vodacom is clearly one of the most unprofessional companies in South Africa at the moment in my opinion.
