SIM card activation _ ASAP

As a customer of Virgin Mobile, my cellphone number that I use to have and been using every year for a month just expired in 1 years time???

Sales Assistant at Menlyn Mall, Pretoria suggested that I should get a new sim card. Got it, and they assured me that it will be activated in 24 hours. It is now the next day already, Monday 29 July 2013 @ 18:06 - and its not activated!!!

I can not call from my other phone on customer service number 074.1000.123 - not even going through.

This is the WORST service ever!!! Virgin is eager to take your money, but no service at all!! My new cell nr allocated to the sim is not working!!!

I'm really upset, and need asap an answer!!
