Additional contract chaos

I recently applied for a additional contract on my account and had great service getting the phone at the store in Menlyn, got the phone and it was activated as I left.

Then Virgin back office took over, first I requested for a number porting from Cell C for the new unit and weeks later its still not done after I was told it will take 3 working days. Now I tried to contact the call centre a thousand times and no one has made it happen.

This is not the worst after your new system update (allegedly) I have had balance inquiry problems on both mine and the additional unit, now the new unit cant even phone the 123 call centre, it wont phone anything on a contract in the beginning of the month.

I think it goes without saying I didn't add a new contract to run after Virgin to sort out their mistakes, time to make amends please contact me and show everyone Virgin is not a by word for rubbish after sales.
