Cellphone was collect the 25 April 2013 for repairs up until last week I have received NO feedback regarding the status of my handset. A representative from Smartphone Plus contacted me Friday 24 May to advise I will be receiving a refurbished handset and to arrange delivery, I was not available on Monday and Tuesday 27-28 May and requested the exchange to take place Wednesday the 29 May only to discover that the courier came to my place of work both Monday and Tuesday to deliver the phone, since making myself available from 10am-2pm today I am told by the courier company the handset will be delivered tomorrow because they did not receive any information about delivering it today and if I want the handset today I will be liable for courier charges. I am not available until next week wednesday so now I have to wait another week for my repaired cellphone. I am so done with MTN as a cellphone service provider I can't afford to pay the balance of my contract so that I can cancel my contract I would've dumped them already. Now I am counting down the months for this contract to be over so that I can cut my losses and move on. I have been a MTN customer since cellphones came into exist!!
