Virgin mobile can not get anything right

Since last year February 2013 i have been battling to just get a number swop done. November last year they finally did it, but instead of doing a number swop, they cancel my contract and open a new contract???
so virgin mobile charged me cancellation fees, admin fees and for a handset extra.
