EXESSIVE DATA CHARGES AFTER BOOSTER INSTALLATION

MTN installed a Booster at our home/office on 8 April 2013.
Our average data charge from May 2012 to March 2013 was R240.08 per month.
Our charge on 11 April was R909.66 after the router was unplugged for 11 days while we were away 26 March to 7 April 2013. Query REQ20100852 MTN will not credit me - they say data charges are correct!
The charge on 11 May 2013 was R675.63 there was a charge of R402.89 on one day 10 April, added to May's account. Query REQ2140885. Still awaiting outcome.
We stopped using out MTN router, it is unplugged and we have reverted back to our Telkom ADSL line.
MTN will not allow me to cancel the next year of the contract and say the cancellation fee is the full R189- per month for 12 months = R2 268-00 even though I said they can have the router back.
THE ONLY THING THAT CHANGED IN OUR DATA HABITS WAS THE BOOSTER INSTALLATION - WE HAVE NOT DOWNLOADED ANYTHING EXCEPT E-MAILS AND USED INTERNET BANKING A COUPLE OF TIMES A WEEK. NO-ONE AT MTN LISTENS WE WANT TO BE CREDITED FOR EXESSIVE CHARGES AND ALLOWED A RESONABLE CACELLATION FEE OF BALANCE OF CONTRACT ON 0780978974
