My Cell C data contract was not connecting to internet and unable to open web pages.
I would like to cancel my Cell C Data Contract with cell no 084 984 5576 effective date from 1st of April 2013 ending on the 30th of April 2013 with no more further charges! I have faxed a cancellation letter at Cell C Gateway Mall on the 1st of April 2013 then again on the 2nd of April 2013 (I have proof of confirmation of this)
I was debited for R431.90 in March 2013 for the old data contract as well as the prorata of the renewal data contract taken 23rd February 2013. You guys have debited my account on the 21st of April 2013 for R189!

I will not pay for any additional costs for a service that does not work!! According to the consumer protection act if No service No Charge!!! If this is not cancelled by the end of the week then Cell C will be hearing from my attorneys, HASSAN, PARSEE & POOVALINGAM Attorneys. Please forward confirmation of the cancellation. I am not willing to keep a data line that does not work.
