Not a lot of space for detail..I have been a loyal Autopage customer for 11 yrs now. I changed my contract from Procall 1500, to Top Up 1200 in Oct 2012, from BB to S3, so added a 1GB Data Bundle. I received an sms on 05/10/2012, the data bundle was loaded. I'm on Wi-fi most of the day, everyday, so did not notice a charge for GPRS on my acc until we went away in April and I had no airtime. I downloaded my statements, noticed GPRS charges (on top of the 1GB I was being billed each month) I called on 02/04/2013 to log the query. I received a ref no in an sms that said my it would be processed in 24 working hrs. On 03/04, I received an sms to say the Credits Required had been successfully completed. I called to query the amount, but apparently that sms only means that the query has arrived at the person dealing with it (really? I thought completed meant completed...). On 17/04, an sms comes to say credit approved (but not actually passed) - guess what?? Wrong amount... another query and another sms to say that it will take 24 working hours. Does anyone at Autopage have a clue? REALLY Autopage... Service provider... (not!!) Safe to say I will be porting in 17.5mths... Can't wait..
