Dismal Service / Lack of Communication

I am due to upgrade, I am looking for a new Tablet. I have been to Appeltons Village store, Northgate store, Vodaworld and; been in contact with Clive (new sales) Head Office.
Not one empolyee has been able to assist me, the lack of service & feedback from Autopage is disgusting and the tablet choices/options available is poor (Apple iPad / iPad mini or Samsung P5100, N8000 and I think P3100).
My questions are as follows:
1. The Huawei 10 Mediapad that was on the Autopage website in April 2013 - is this the FHD unit?
Can I upgrade to this unit? According to the Vodacom R&A 5 Offers May Packages 2013, last item, this should be available but no one knows about it or can tell me the specs.
2. Will Autopage be offering any other brands in the near future for tablets? Sony, Acer, etc
3. When will the Samsung N5100 be available as an option with Autopage?

The staff at the stores and head office need to be better informed of the units available, options mentioned on the website and if the company will be offering any new brand choices or you will lose clients to your competition.
