I purchased a sim card with airtime for 24 months and have paid it in full and the sim card is faulty. To date i have not been able to make a call whatsoever as there is still a problem with sim card. I have spoken to several people who keep passing the buck and leave me running in circles from stores to the RMCS number 011 262 2699. It has be A WHOLE 1 YEAR NOW... YES, A WHOLE 1 YEAR!!!...and i can still not use my sim card!!!
Are there any competent staff members out there that can resolve a customers issue after a year???
